Information we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we collect the contact and business information you provide, such as your name, business email, company, country or market, buyer type and product interest.

We also collect the project information you submit, including quantity, project stage, sample requirements, target delivery, required documents and your message. The inquiry form records its source page and any UTM campaign information available in your browser session. Security information needed to validate the form may also be processed.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to your request, prepare quotations, discuss samples and customization, plan production, support orders and maintain relevant business records.

We may also use it to protect the form from abuse, operate and improve the inquiry process, meet legal or compliance duties, and resolve disputes. Where required by law, we rely on your consent; in other cases, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a contract or for legitimate business purposes that do not override your rights.

Marketing communication

You can separately choose to receive occasional product and manufacturing updates by email. This choice is optional and does not affect our response to your project inquiry.

You can withdraw this marketing permission at any time by contacting sales@asencamping.com. We may still send messages needed to answer an active inquiry or manage an existing business relationship.

Where information is processed and shared

Inquiry information may be handled in China by authorized team members and may be stored or processed through Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare D1 and Cloudflare Turnstile, Resend, our CRM, Feishu and other authorized internal business systems.

These providers and systems are used for website hosting and security, inquiry storage, email delivery, sales follow-up and business operations. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. We limit access to people and providers that need it for these purposes and apply contractual, organizational or technical safeguards where required.

How long we keep inquiry information

We may retain inquiry and related business records for the longest period reasonably necessary to respond to your request, develop samples, manage quotations or orders, maintain business and compliance records, conduct permitted follow-up and resolve disputes.

We review retention based on the status of the business relationship, the nature of the records, operational needs and applicable legal requirements. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or correction of your information, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Legal exceptions may apply.

Security and information you should not send

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, sensitive personal information or confidential technical files through the inquiry form. We can agree on an appropriate method for exchanging project files when needed.

Children

This business website is intended for professional buyers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the inquiry form.
