Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample development is normally 7-15 days after the configuration, scope, cost and start date are agreed.
Can several colours or models be combined?
MOQ starts at 50 tents. Mixed-model or mixed-colour requests are confirmed by product, material, configuration and quantity split before quotation.
When are packed size and gross weight available?
They are provided after the final model, accessory set and packing method are confirmed. Use those values for freight and fulfilment planning.
