RENTAL CYCLE

Buy for the work between rentals.

A fleet model needs to fit the customer application and the internal routine your team repeats after every return.

01

Turnaround

Plan setup, take-down, cleaning and inspection steps with the crew who will operate the tent.

02

Kit control

Define the pump, pegs, guy lines, repair materials, bag, labels and accessories included with each unit.

03

Fleet consistency

Freeze the model revision and component list so replacement parts and repeat orders refer to one definition.

FLEET MODELS

Use size and operating role to build the range.

Compare current models, then use a sample trial to check how the selected configuration fits your rental workflow.

SAMPLE TRIAL

Test the process with your own crew.

ASEN does not publish a universal setup-time claim. Record the timing, handling and findings for the exact model, pump and team you plan to use.

01

Crew routine

Have your own team record setup and pack-down steps for the proposed configuration.

02

Packed handling

Check packed form, lifting, vehicle space and unit identification before fleet ordering.

03

Return inspection

Define checks for the cover, air beams, valves, floor, openings and included accessories.

04

Service response

Agree how repair materials, replaceable components and issue records will be handled.

REPAIR AND SPARES

Define the support kit with the model.

Repair materials are configuration-dependent. Confirm patch material, adhesive, tools, instructions and any replaceable components for the selected tent.

BEFORE YOUR INQUIRY

Questions worth asking.

Can I request repair and accessory options?

Yes. List the pumps, repair materials, spare components and accessories your operation needs. Compatibility and the final included kit are confirmed for each selected model.

How should I evaluate a sample?

Run your normal setup, pack-down, transport and return-inspection routine. Record the findings and confirm any specification changes before ordering.

Can different models be mixed?

MOQ starts at 50 tents. Mixed-model orders depend on the product, configuration and quantity split and are confirmed before quotation.
