Work with the air-beam maker.

ASEN produces air beams in-house and has high-frequency welding and heat-bonding equipment. Equipment model, process settings and project-specific checks are confirmed separately when relevant to the order.

Dimensions, room layout, openings, fabrics, colours, air-beam structure, branding, accessories and packing can be discussed. Feasibility and the final specification are confirmed for the selected model.

Can I request a sample first?

Yes. Sample development is normally 7-15 days after the configuration, cost, scope and start date are agreed.

Can I mix models in a 50-tent order?

The current starting MOQ is 50 tents. Mixed-model combinations are reviewed by product before quotation.

What should be approved before bulk production?

Confirm the model revision, dimensions, room plan, materials, air-beam arrangement, branding, accessories, packing and the inspection points relevant to your order.
